During these visits, we inspect for signs of wear, water leaks, pest activity, and ensure the utilities are maintained in good working condition. The goal is simple: avoid costly surprises and keep the property guest-ready at all times.
Additionally, we developed a tailored maintenance plan, covering everything from minor plumbing and electrical inspections to seasonal tasks like roof checks and garden upkeep. Everything is documented and reported back to the owner, so no detail goes unnoticed.
